RATES
Registration fees at the 3rd edition of the the Nations Cup consist of cost of registration per team AND per person.
REGISTRATION FEE PER TEAM
11-a-side Football: 3 000 €
5-a-side Football: 1 500 €
These fees include:
All expenses for the organization of the tournament, the provision of football pitches, balls, refereeing, water on the pitch, touch-line medical assistance, cups, trophies, and medals.
Individual package
Rates per person based on a quadruple, triple, double/twin or single occupancy.
As the number of rooms in each category is limited, we will apply the first deposit received, first served rule.
It is mandatory and non-derogatory, given the financial commitments made to our partners, to reserve your accommodation through the organization when participating in the Nations Cup.
If, for reasons beyond its control, CSO is unable to provide accommodation for your team, each member will be required to pay the badge fee to take part in the tournament; CSO will inform you of the amount in due course.
These prices include:
- • Accommodation for 5 nights, from Tuesday 5th to Sunday 10th October 2027
- • Breakfast
- • Welcome drink
- • Lunch and dinner (at Lyttos Beach and the Silva Beach Hotel only)
- • The welcome evening
- • The Nations Cup closing ceremony
- • Booking fees
- • Administrative and general costs incurred by CSO, organizer of the Nations Cup.
These prices do not include:
- • Return transport from your place of residence to Crete /from the airport to your hotel / from your accommodation to the stadium
- • Personal expenses (phone, meals, laundry, etc.)
- • Cancellation insurance
- • Repatriation assistance* (supplement of 5€ per person per day)
- • Tourist tax

We strongly advise participants to have a cover (medical and repatriation expenses incurred in the event of an injury caused during the event). If you do not have your own insurance, we can offer you optional coverage. Please contact us for more details.
