Cette organisation r\u00e9unit depuis quarante ans des avocats et des ordres des avocats du monde francophone.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ses objectifs :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Cr\u00e9er un cadre de coop\u00e9ration entre les barreaux des pays partageant une tradition juridique commune<br>\u2022 D\u00e9fendre l\u2019id\u00e9al d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, avec des organes directeurs d\u00e9mocratiquement \u00e9lus<br>\u2022 Renforcer l\u2019\u00e9tat de droit dans les pays membres et promouvoir les droits de la d\u00e9fense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ses activit\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Chaque ann\u00e9e, son congr\u00e8s international r\u00e9unit des avocats du monde entier pour se rencontrer, se former et discuter des principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels est confront\u00e9e la profession.<br>\u2022 Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, elle propose \u00e9galement des programmes de formation, en pr\u00e9sentiel et en ligne, afin de perfectionner les comp\u00e9tences des avocats et des barreaux membres.<br>\u2022 Le CIB m\u00e8ne \u00e9galement des initiatives de suivi et de solidarit\u00e9 en soutien aux avocats confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s ou \u00e0 des menaces dans l\u2019exercice de leur profession, d\u00e9montrant ainsi son engagement constant envers les droits de la d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette vision d\u2019une profession unie, solidaire et tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019international que Mundiavocat souhaite promouvoir aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du CIB.
